Garlic Syrup
This garlic syrup is good for:
- Cough 
- Laryngitis 
- Sore throat 
- Tonsillitis 
Ingredients
- Garlic 
- Honey 
Method
- Place 1/2 cup of finely minced garlic in a pot. 
- Cover with enough honey and cover the pot. 
- Slowly simmer on low heat until the garlic disintegrates which is approximately 20 minutes. 
- Stir often. 
- You may dilute with a little water. 
- If there are some garlic pieces left you can strain off the honey mixture otherwise pour the garlic syrup in a glass container. 
- Store in the refrigerator and take as needed. 
- Use 1 tsp for children and 1 tbsp for adults
